Each submission must be accompanied by a certified cheque, bank draft, irrevocable guarantee or a bid bond issued in favour of the City of L'Assomption for an amount representing at least ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the submission for the first contract year before taxes. In addition, this bid bond must be accompanied by: of the Certificate form required by the contractual management regulation duly completed and signed; of the duly signed Declaration of Integrity form; of the Charter of the French Language appendix and, if applicable, any additional document required in it; if he plans to subcontract a part of the execution of the Contract, the list of subcontractors; of the complete list of addenda issued by the City; the resolution or power of attorney authorizing the signing of the submission; of the CNESST compliance validation; if he does not have the obligation to register with the CNESST, the form Absence of letter of validation of compliance from the CNESST; the form attesting to the experience of the last five (5) years; the list of equipment and machinery; any other documents required in the tender documents not listed above.
