The project involves the provision of general construction services required for White Water Walk End Viewing Platform Improvements. In addition to sale and Supply of the Equipment to the City, the Supplier will provide and be fully responsible for the following services (collectively, the "Services"), as may be modified or amended pursuant to the terms of this Agreement: a. the Installation Services described in Schedule B of this Agreement; b. the services described elsewhere in this Agreement; c. the services described in the RFQ; d. the services which the Supplier agreed to provide in the Quote; and e. any services not specifically covered in a., b., c., or d. above, but are reasonably inferable therefrom, or reasonably necessary for the safe and efficient Supply of the Equipment or completion of the Services. .1 Offloading equipment delivered to 1900 48 th Avenue, Vernon, BC (City of Vernon Operations Yard). .2 Transfer of equipment to installation site, remove all shipping blocks and packing, mounting on concrete pad, and making site connections. .3 Supply of fuel. .4 Any additional preparatory of work required by the City of Vernon prior to commissioning must be detailed in the supplier's proposal. .1 Delivery to 1900 48 th Avenue, Vernon, BC (City of Vernon Operations Yard) .2 At installation site, start generating set and test to ensure correct performance of components. Perform tests as specified herein: .1 Operation of all components to be demonstrated - battery charger, alarm devices, transfer switch, block heaters, controls, and all other components making up the overall system. .2 On site 4-hour full load test using portable load bank. .3 Upon completion of successful testing, provide demonstration and training to the owner by an authorized factory representative.
