The Town of Oakland is requesting separate sealed bids for the 2026 Roadway Improvement Project. This bid requires a licensed and bonded General Contractor as required by the Contractors Licensing Act of 1994 of the General Assembly of the State of Tennessee and qualified for the type of construction being bid upon. The Instructions to Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plans, Specifications and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond and other contract documents may be examined at 170 Doss Circle, Oakland, TN 38060. Bid opening will occur immediately at 9:00 A.M. on the submission date.
