Description

Renovation of a municipal facility in Pana, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The City of Pana is seeking proposals to redevelop the following described properties as two separate projects: Redevelopment Project #1 and Redevelopment Project #2. The city intends to enter into a Redevelopment Agreement with a Developer for the redevelopment of the properties. As part of the Redevelopment Agreement, the city will convey the following properties to the Redeveloper pursuant to the terms of the Agreement. The city will also assist the Developer with a portion of the cost of renovation on the existing buildings over a period of time to be determined by the accepted proposal. Proposals must be presented in a sealed envelope, clearly marked 'Redevelopment Project #1 and/or Redevelopment Project #2.' Interested parties are encouraged to contact the City for more information or to view the properties.
