Qualified contractors are invited to submit sealed bids for repairs to White Rock Court, which include the replacement of all driveway aprons, the curb and gutter fronting those aprons, and the large entrance within the cul-de-sac. The work involves furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the specified items. The Town of Woodstock (Town) invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the repairs to White Rock Court, including the replacement of all driveway aprons and the curb and gutter fronting those aprons, and the large entrance within the cul-de-sac. Work includes furnishing all supervision, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the items listed in the Bid Form. Question Deadline 02/18/2026 at 2:00 PM ET Potential bidders are required to submit all questions in writing (email, fax, USPS, or delivery service) directly to the listed point of contact Written responses, including the questions, will be provided to all bidders via an official Addendum and posted on the Town's website. Work shall include, but is not limited to, the following items: Replace Driveway Aprons (21 each): 2,484 square feet total (approx.) Replace Curb & Gutter Fronting Driveways: 460 linear feet total (approx.) Replace Large Entrance in Cul-de-Sac: 1,170 square feet total (approx.) Replace Curb & Gutter Fronting Large Driveway: 110 linear feet total (approx..) Provide traffic control, site safety, and protection of existing improvements and adjacent properties. Coordinate access and notifications with residents/Owner's representative. Maintain clean, safe work zones; restore disturbed areas not otherwise specified. The following items shall be completed by the Town of Woodstock: Demolition and removal of existing concrete Backfill Gravel supplied after forming is completed to meet grade Concrete washout area supplied.
