Site work for a municipal facility in Granby, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
Reference number: 20116400 Question Deadline 02/03/2026 at 12:00 PM ET The Haute-Yamaska Recreational and Tourism Development Corporation, hereinafter referred to as CARTHY, is requesting tenders for the refurbishment of rest areas located along the dedicated lanes of the Reseau Velo Yamaska cycle path network. The purpose of this call for tenders is to carry out all work required to upgrade and improve the bus stops, including, but not limited to, the removal, loading, transport and disposal of existing furniture, all in accordance with applicable laws, standards and regulations. The project aims to harmoniously integrate rest stops into the natural environment, using a design approach that favours soft, organic shapes inspired by the course of the Yamaska River and the network's logo, and promotes functional, sustainable and user-friendly spaces. This conceptual orientation is provided for information purposes only and does not constitute a prescriptive requirement for the proposed solutions. The work must be carried out with a view to sustainability, favouring materials with a long service life, requiring minimal maintenance and having a reduced environmental impact. The work includes the development of the sites in accordance with the specifications and recommendations of the landscape architect, as well as the supply, purchase, delivery and installation of street furniture, in accordance with the contract documents. This call for tenders includes: mandatory works, including the additional works described in the technical performance specifications and the price list, which form an integral part of the contract and are taken into account for the purposes of evaluating tenders and awarding the contract; optional works, identified as such in the technical performance specifications, which may be carried out in whole or in part at CARTHY's discretion and are not taken into account in the evaluation of tenders. The contractor shall coordinate all required work and perform the work in accordance with best practices and applicable requirements. Work shall commence as soon as thawing conditions permit, no later than 1 May 2026, and shall be completed no later than 15 November 2026. Those interested can obtain the tender documents on the electronic tendering SÉAO at www.seao.ca or toll free at 1-866-669-7326.
