Petit, architect 78, rue Ozias-Leduc, suite 5, Sherbrooke (Quebec) J1H 1M7 Architectural plans and specifications have been produced for this project which covers the development work: construction site installations, protection of conserved elements, demolition, roofing work, masonry work, concrete work, renovation work on wood coating, interior fittings work, partitions, ceramics and finishes, mechanical and electrical installations, and all prescribed and necessary works. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond valid for a period of 180 days after the bid opening date, set at 10% of the bid amount, or a certified cheque made payable to the Municipality of Dixville, in the same amount. This tender guarantee (bond or certified cheque) must be exchanged at the signing of the contract by a performance bond and a guarantee of the contractor's obligations for wages, labor, and materials, each equal to 50% of the total contract price by a performance bond.
