The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: 1. Project management, planning, and coordination 2. Data analysis, data cleanup, and migration to the UN model 3. Electric GIS data will use the Schneider Electric ArcFM XI asset package and solution, and Fiber GIS data will be migrated into Schneider Electric Fiber Manager XI solution. Water GIS data will use the standard ESRI asset package without third-party solutions 4. Development of Electric, Fiber, and Water UN models, including configuration of assets, data schema, rules, tiers, subnetworks, associations, etc. 5. Configuration of UN functionality such as electric feeder tracing, fiber tracing, water valve isolation and water pressure zone tracing 6. Maintaining current integrations with the City's electric GIS to DataVoice International OMS, DNV Synergi, ACS SCADA, ETAP 7. Setup of maps and map services to support the ArcGIS UN deployment 8. Enterprise system design, testing, validation, and deployment of the ESRI UN for electric, water and fiber 9. Training for City staff on the UN model, ArcGIS Pro, and related workflows 10. Development of as-built documentation and system administration manuals 11. Currently, the City of Glendale manages its Electric, Fiber, and Water utility GIS datasets and related operations through legacy ArcMap-based processes and older geometric network models. These systems, while functional, are not aligned with ESRI's current technology roadmap centered on ArcGIS Pro and the ArcGIS UN for network management. The City intends to implement the ESRI UN to modernize its Electric, Fiber, and Water GIS environments. The solution will enhance UN modeling, tracing, system integration, data management, and field mobility. Key components of the sought-after solution include: an upgraded GIS environment based on ArcGIS Pro and ArcGIS Enterprise; fully configured UN models for Electric, Fiber, and Water; advanced network tracing and analytics (e.g., electric feeder tracing, water valve isolation); automated data workflows; mobile GIS solutions; and integration with existing electric enterprise systems.
