Olmsted County Materials Recycling Facility (MRF) The Project involves the construction of a Material Recovery Facility (MRF) comprised of a 49,000 sq ft building addition to the OWEF tipping area with the required processing equipment, an office area containing private offices along with public meeting and education space at the OWEF, and related site modifications. The Project location is known as 301 Energy Parkway NE in Rochester, Minnesota. The MRF addition will be integrated with the existing Olmsted Waste-to-Energy Facility (OWEF) and will process municipal solid waste (MSW) that will be used within the OWEF. The project delivery method will be Construction Manager as Advisor (CMa).
