A brief summary of the Work involved in this Contract is for the supply and installation of all Works required for the development of a new neighbourhood park including but not limited to the following Works: - Site removals, sediment and erosion and sediment control - Earthworks and grading. - Supply and installation of asphalt multi-use court (including chain-link fencing, chain-link hockey goal nets, line painting, and basketball goals). - Supply and installation of asphalt paving with granular base. - Supply and installation of playground equipment and protective safety surfaces. - Supply and installation concrete curbs around playground. - Supply and installation of concrete hardscapes. - Supply and installation of culverts, sewers, pipe, and drainage structures. - Supply and installation of water service, water meter, meter chamber and curb stops. - Supply and installation of pre-fabricated sun shelter. - Supply and installation of drinking fountain. - Alectra Utilities connection fee paid through a cash allowance. - Supply and installation of electrical Works. - Supply and installation of trees, sod, and hydroseed.
