Indicate to the guard that you are here for a pre-bid tour and are meeting City staff in the boardroom of the Guardhouse. PPE: Hard Hat, high vis vest/clothing, CSA approved footwear and safety glasses The respondent is encouraged to attend a site meeting in order to ascertain the scope and nature of the work and make all investigation necessary for the comprehension of site conditions that may affect the performance of the work. Allowances for site conditions shall be incorporated into the submitted prices. All attendees that will be on-site are required to complete a City Contractor Orientation. Those who do not complete the orientation prior to arrival on-site and are not on time will not be able to participate in the Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting.
