Separate sealed bids for the lift station improvements will be received. The Information for Bidders, Form of Bid, Form of Contract, Plan, Specifications, and Forms of Bid Bond, Performance and Payment Bond, and other contract documents may be examined at the offices listed. Hard copies of the bid documents are available for a non-refundable fee, and digital copies are available for a lesser fee. Each bidder must deposit bid security in the required amount and form as specified. Bidders may not withdraw their bids within 90 calendar days after bid opening. Bidders must observe employment conditions, comply with Davis Bacon and/or State Prevailing wage rates, and meet requirements regarding segregated facilities, applicable federal executive orders, and specific sections of law. Documentation of E-Verify compliance is required. Contractors must provide proof of completion of an OSHA 10-hour construction safety course. MBE, WBE, and Section 3-DBE bidders are encouraged to bid. The owner reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any or all bids.
