The participation goals for this project shall be 15.3% for minorities and 6.9% for women. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and insurance to perform all work required for the project known as the BRIDGE #R-10-006 ZOAR ROAD BRIDGE Project, in strict accordance with the Contract Documents and all related Drawings and Specifications including the Order of Conditions. The Contract Documents (Section 11, herein), Specifications, Drawings and any GENERAL SUPPLEMENTARY CONDITIONS are incorporated herein by reference and are made a part of this Agreement. Total Project Value is estimated at $ 62,000 Sealed bids will be accepted for preservation work on MassDOT Bridge R-10-006, located on Zoar Road, on behalf of the Town of Rowe, MA. Bids must be marked "Zoar Rd. Bridge". The Class of Work is BRIDGE CONSTRUCTION and the Total Project Value is estimated at $62,000. Wage rates for this bid are subject to MGL Chapter 149, Section 26 - 27f inclusive. This bid requires a 5% bid bond/deposit and a 50% Labor and Materials Payment Bond.
