Site work and paving for a road / highway in Arnold, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Sealed bids are solicited for the 2026 Concrete Street Repair Project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope marked with the project name in the lower left corner and hand delivered to the City Clerk's office. Bid documents are available by contacting the City Clerk's office. All bids should be made in duplicate on printed forms found in the contract documents. Each bid must include a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond payable to the City in the amount of 10% of the bid as a guarantee that the successful bidder will enter into a contract and provide performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the contract within ten days after the award. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities, and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City. Any questions concerning the work or to arrange an appointment to review the work locations, should be directed to James Pogorzelski, Director of Public Works at 636-282-6607 or emailed to jpogorzelski@arnoldmo.org prior to Friday, February 6, 2026.
