Renovation of a library in Deer Park, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a library.
Scope of Work The Contractor agrees to provide all necessary labor to perform the following services for the Spokane County Library District (District or Owner). The Contractor acknowledges this is a Public Work as defined in RCW 39.04.010(4) and agrees to comply with all relevant provisions of that chapter in performing this work, including but not limited to, providing retainage, filing an intent and paying the prevailing wages as required by that chapter. The Project consists of the renovation of existing air handling unit and remote return fan with new fans and new heating and cooling coils. Replacement of existing DX condensing unit with new chiller and associated pump and accessories. Replacement of existing boiler and associated pump and accessories with new equipment. Replacement of hose kits and control valves to all terminal units, duct coils and fin-tube radiators. Upgrading controls to the latest architecture. A complete description is included in the accompanying bid documents. New equipment should be right-sized based on current operating conditions for the Deer Park Library as specified in the architectural drawings and plans.
