Sealed bid proposals are requested for the Hidden Springs Elementary HVAC Upgrade. Bids must be made on provided forms and signed by the bidder with their name and post office address, matching the name listed on the public works license referenced in the bid. A certified or cashier’s check from an Idaho bank, or a bid bond from an Idaho State Licensed Surety Company, amounting to at least 5% of the total bid, payable to the Independent School District of Boise City, must accompany each bid. This surety is forfeited if the bidder fails to sign the contract or provide the necessary 100% Performance Bond and 100% Payment Bond. Bidders must be licensed in Idaho under the Public Works Contractor’s State License Law. Successful contractors must adhere to state laws on employment practices and payment of wages, and must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity provisions.
