Westmoore HS Arena HVAC Replacement - HVAC Sealed proposals are requested for furnishing all labor and materials for the construction of the Westmoore HS Arena HVAC Replacement, which includes Mechanical (Bid Package 13) and Electrical (Bid Package 15) work. Bids must be received by the Board of Education, Independent School District No. I-002, Moore, Cleveland County, Oklahoma, at the specified location and by the specified date and time. Bids received too early or after the set deadline will not be considered and will be returned unopened. Complete sets of General Conditions, Plans, and Specifications, and other bidding documents are available through OMNI Construction, LLC, and the RPG Plan Room. Each bid proposal with a value greater than $50,000.00 must include a cashier's check, certified check, or surety bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids. The contract will be executed with the successful bidder within thirty (30) days of award.
