Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Palm Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supplies necessary for the construction of Cannongate / Harpers Ferry Blvd from Summit Blvd to Cannon Way. All bids must be submitted in accordance with the bid documents, including but not limited to the General Provision Section 2 and accompanied by the referenced documentation. The project is federally funded and subject to Davis-Bacon and related acts, including wage rates, and requires the use of an online labor compliance reporting system for payroll submittal and Section 3 hours tracking. Build American, Buy American Act 2 CFR Part 184 requirements and Section 3 requirements per 24 CFR Part 75 apply. Section 3 businesses are encouraged to bid. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids. For the RFI to be given consideration, it must be submitted at least five (5) Working Days prior to the date and time fixed for the opening of Bids.
