The City of St. Joseph, Missouri in collaboration with the St. Joseph Convention & Visitors Bureau is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for the fabrication of wayfinding signage for downtown St. Joseph. The City of St. Joseph reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The City of St. Joseph is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Question Cuttoff Date & Time 1/27/2026 11:00:00 AM (ET) . Question submitted Electronically SCOPE OF SERVICES The successful bidder shall fabricate a total of fifty-five (55) signs. The signs are to be distinctive in appearance. Specific requirements regarding design, text, graphics, hardware, and locations have been provided by Corbin Designs and are attached to this RFP. Prior to the fabrication of the signs, the Contractor shall supply a digital mockup of the proposed signs that will include both the images and text for approval by CVB and Corbin Designs. Prior to final acceptance of the signs, the Contractor shall transfer an electronic copy of each of the signs so they can be reproduced as needed in the future. The signs must be fabricated and ready for installation no later than April 27, 2026. The City of St. Joseph will be providing the demolition/removal of the existing signs and installation of the new signs.
