A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Separate sealed bids are requested for furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the pavement replacement and repair as specified at Northmont Middle School / High School Campus and Northmoor Elementary School. Bidders must submit bids to the Office of the Director of Business Services at Northmont City School District. Bids received after the specified time will be returned unopened, and bids submitted by fax or electronic transmission will not be accepted. Qualified bidders may obtain digital sets of bidding documents after the specified date by contacting the designated individual. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond equal to 100 percent of the total bid, or a certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit for 10 percent of the total bid. Successful bidders will be required to provide a satisfactory performance bond for 100 percent of the contract price. No bid may be withdrawn within 60 days after the bid opening. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive informalities and errors, and extend the bid receipt date and time as permitted by law. The Project consists of all labor, materials, and services necessary for the timely and proper completion of the Northmont Middle School / High School Campus and the Northmoor Elementary School Paving Project, as described in the Bid Package provided to Bidders. The Project is located at 4916 National Road, Clayton, OH 45315 and 4421 Old Salem Road, Englewood, OH 45322.
