Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Chase, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 605-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and 259-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The Ministry of Environment and Parks is undertaking a program to complete building replacement works at Skihist Provincial Park. The work of this Contract consists of the supply and installation of materials, including all labour, equipment and tools related to constructing multiple buildings, site preparation, all in accordance with the drawings and specifications, and for the prices tendered in the Schedule of Quantities and Unit Price Table. The Skihist Park Building Replacement works is generally described as follows: Construction of two storage buildings Removal of existing catch basin and associated pipe. Removal and paving of asphalt. Installation of chain link fencing.
