The Contractor shall provide all labour, tools, equipment, waste management and all related tasks necessary for the complete execution of the work, with the exception of materials, which shall be provided by the Organization. This mandate will be carried out under a cost-plus contract, as defined herein. Delivery schedule The mandate is for a maximum term of one (1) year, renewable for a second year subject to compliance with the terms and conditions of the contract.
