Question Deadline 02/12/2026 Technical questions must be SUBMITTED IN WRITING at least seven (7) working days prior to the bid date to Ben Larson, E-mail: Ben-Larson@Hoffmancorp.com Sub-bid proposals are requested for Bid Package BP#7 - Secondary Capacity Expansion Package 2 for the West Boise Water Renewal Facility. The bid package includes Concrete, Metals, Rough Carpentry, Roof Hatches and Specialties, Thermal and Moisture Protection, HM Doors, Frames and Hardware, Steel Rolling Overhead Doors, High Performance Industrial Coatings, Mechanical, Process and HVAC, Electrical and I&C, and Earthwork and Sitework. Proposals must utilize the specified proposal form and be submitted via Smartbid or delivered physically to Hoffman Construction Company of America. A completed Subcontractor/Vendor Questionnaire including latest year-end safety and financial information must accompany the proposal unless previously submitted. Proposals should avoid including non-essential information and must be materially complete and received by the deadline. Bidders must be properly licensed Idaho Public Works Contractors. A Contractor Controlled Insurance Program (CCIP) for on-site operations is provided for general liability. Owner and Contractor seek to promote opportunities for disadvantaged, minority, women, veteran, and emerging small business enterprises to participate in the project.
