Maino Construction, GC, seeks subcontractors for demolition and abatement, minor exterior siding repairs, concrete slab patching, exterior doors and window replacement, LVT flooring with underlayment and wood base, drywall repair, cabinetry and counter tops, ceramic tile with mortar bed. Subcontractors must be bondable and may be required to provide Payment and Performance Bonds. Bid Bond is not required. Anticipated Schedule: 3 Months Start Date: March 2026 Completion: June 2026 Contractor to notify the sub-contractors, materialmen and suppliers concerning the contents of this Addendum as they specifically apply them.
