Sealed bids are being received for on-call street and drainage construction services. Bids must be submitted using the State Board of Accounts 2013 Revised Bid Form 96. Each bid must include a certified check or bank draft drawn on a solvent bank in the State of Indiana, payable without condition to the City of Elkhart, or a satisfactory bid bond from bidder and surety company in the amount of $500. Any deviation from the bid documents must be explained by the bidder. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Board reserves the right to waive informalities or irregularities and to reject any and all bids or portions thereof.
