The project includes construction of a new 10 Unit T-Hangar located on the new Midfield Apron. Work elements include earthwork, utility work, septic installation, new hangar construction, and erosion control. Bids must be sealed, marked with the bidder's name, address, E-Verify number, and labeled accordingly. Bidding and contract documents must be ordered and purchased directly from Quest CDN. Bid security in the form of a Bid Bond or Cashier's Check equal to 5% of the total bid is required. Contract Security in the form of 100% Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for a period of 120 days. The City of Montezuma reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to reject any or all bids or to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Owner's best interests.
