Bids are requested for the inspection and testing of water-based fire protection systems under a term contract. All bids must be submitted electronically to LSU Procurement Services. Bids must be received at the designated email address by the due date and time. The RFQ number and solicitation title should be included in the subject line of the submission email. An original and, if applicable, a redacted copy must be submitted electronically. Hard copies will not be accepted. It is the supplier’s responsibility to ensure proper and timely bid submission. Each submission should be clearly labeled if sent in multiple parts. Bids received after the stated deadline will not be considered. Bid opening will occur electronically and attendees must pre-register for access. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsible and responsive supplier for all items. The successful bidder will need to provide a certificate of insurance naming the Board of Supervisors of Louisiana State University and Agricultural and Mechanical College as an additional insured on all liability policies. Bid prices must be quoted FOB Destination and include all applicable charges.
