CONTRACT NO. 26-PK1 COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS - GENERAL SITE: Scope of Work generally consists of site demolition; earthwork and grading; storm sewer improvements; installation of pre-fabricated restrooms and concessions stand; construction of five synthetic turf baseball fields and multipurpose field; add alternates for various field items; and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 26-PK2 COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS - ELECTRICAL AND LIGHTING: Scope of work generally consists of installation of approximately 4,500 LF of electrical conduit and wiring; streetlights; electrical panel connection; poles; bases; fixtures; junction boxes and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. CONTRACT NO. 26-PK3 COMMUNITY PARK IMPROVEMENTS - PLUMBING: Scope of Work generally consists of 850 LF of waterline improvements; 950 LF of sanitary sewer improvements; plumbing connections for two proposed pre-fabricated restrooms and one pre-fabricated concession stand; and all necessary appurtenances for said construction. All bidders are required to buy the Bid Documents in PDF format for a non-refundable deposit. Proposals must be upon the forms furnished by the Township. The bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid, made payable to the Township to guarantee the bidder's entrance into the contract if given the award. No bid may be withdrawn for ninety (90) calendar days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities in the bidding. Procurement is subject to all requirements of the Pennsylvania Steel Products Procurement Act and for contract value exceeding $25,000, the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and The Public Works Employment Verification Act apply.
