The City of Granbury is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals for the Electrical Lake Crossing Electrical Infrastructure Remediation Project. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope to the address provided. Bid documents are available on the City of Granbury's website and/or www.civcastusa.com. Specific inquiries about the bid should be directed to the Purchasing Manager. Late bids will not be accepted or returned. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities. DEADLINE FOR QUESTIONS : January 19 , 2026 This project includes reconductoring existing three-phase lines with 4/0 ACSR, installing a capacitor, and performing associated NESC Grade B construction, including heavy and light district loading on all structures. The scope also covers remediation of electrical infrastructure at a lake crossing in accordance with Texas HB4150. The Contractor is responsible for safe installation, inspection of poles and hardware, verification of materials, and compliance with all applicable safety and utility regulations The Contractor shall provide adequate sanitary conveniences (chemical toilet), secluded from public observation, and the responsibility for enforcing the use of and policing such conveniences shall be the responsibility of the Contractor The Contractor shall perform all work necessary to reconductor the existing three-phase system, install a capacitor, and construct all improvements in accordance with NESC Grade B standards, including heavy and light district loading applied to all structures.
