Estimated Construction Cost Range - $500,000 to $1,000,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The project is in Oro Valley, Arizona. All work will be in the Oro Valley Community Center parking lot, located at 10555 North La Canada Drive. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to complete phased improvements while maintaining public access during construction. Work includes providing all required traffic control (note Traffic Control is Lump Sum), safety measures, and SWPPP compliance; removing and reinstalling wheel stops; removing existing extruded curb and replacing it in the same location with Class 3000 concrete with contraction joints at 10-foot intervals; saw-cutting asphalt; disposing of all demolition materials off-site; repairing or replacing base material as needed; regrading landscape islands. Pavementwork includes removing 4 inches of existing asphalt pavement, placing 1.5 inches aggregate base course (ABC) and 2.5 inches of asphalt concrete pavement (AC) PAG - Mix No. 2, and performing all required testing per the latest PAG Specifications. The contractor will need to have the existing sub-base tested and provide density tests, and restripe the parking area to match the existing layout, including ADA-compliant stalls, van-accessible spaces, access aisles, directional arrows, symbols, and installation ofreflectorized pavement markers.
