Description

Sealed bids are invited for the construction of additions and renovations to Hempfield Area Senior High School. Separate, sealed bids will be received for the following Prime Contracts: General Construction, Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning Construction, Plumbing Construction, and Electrical Construction. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes clearly marked with the project name, and will be received until a specified deadline at the Hempfield Area School District Administrative Offices. Bidding documents are available electronically at no cost upon written request with bidder information provided. Questions regarding the contract documents and bid submission should be directed in writing to the specified firm and contact. Instructions to bidders: Bids should be clearly marked, submitted in sealed envelopes bearing the name of the bidder, and received before the stated deadline. Bidders are required to request bidding documents in writing and provide specific contact information, including mailing address, representative, telephone, fax, email, and desired contract documents. Bidding documents can also be examined at several regional builders’ exchanges and construction journals.
