As of February 25, 2026, project was awarded to Knights Security but awarded amount is not available. The Town of White Pine is accepting sealed bids for a professional security camera system at Lions Park. The equipment specifications require a Luminys 16 Channel Network Video Recorder, Luminys 4MP High-Definition IP Cameras, a surveillance-grade hard drive with 30-day retention, VMS licenses for remote monitoring, and installation including all Cat6 cabling, mounting, and system configuration. No substitutions for equipment are allowed. Bidders must be Tennessee licensed contractors with security/low-voltage certifications. All bids are subject to the Town's municipal terms, including a net 30-day billing cycle and tax-exempt status. Bids must be submitted in sealed envelopes addressed to Alyson Susong, Town Recorder, and marked 'SECURITY SYSTEM BID - LIONS PARK.' The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
