The project is generally described as the demolition of the existing amphitheater structure and applicable utilities within the immediate surrounding area and the regrading of the grass open space north of the amphitheater seating area. The time for Substantial Completion of the entire project shall be 122 consecutive calendar days from the date ofcommencement of the Work as specified in the Notice to Proceed, and Final Completion shall be achieved within 30 consecutive calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion.
