Site work and paving for a civil project in Marietta, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of roundabout modifications to the intersection of Holly Springs Road at Davis Road. Cobb County Water System work will also be included in this contract. Bidders are required to furnish all labor, material, equipment, and other things necessary for complete construction. Contractor must meet the current bid requirements of the Georgia Department of Transportation and ensure compliance with the "Georgia Security and Immigration Compliance Act." Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation and Small Business participation in all Department of Transportation contracts is encouraged. The Cobb County Board of Commissioners reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any formalities. All new prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to pre-register with Cobb County Finance prior to bid closing. Contractors and their subcontractors are required to be in compliance with applicable non-discrimination acts.
