For the supply and application of crack fill sealant to pavement cracks within approximately 27 miles of surfaced municipal roads. I, the undersigned Tenderer, hereinafter called the "Contractor" hereby offer to the R.M. of LeRoy, No. 339, hereinafter called the "R.M.", to furnish all necessary materials, tools, equipment, machinery, fuel and labour to execute the work set out in these Contract Documents. Pursuant to and in compliance with the Invitation to Tender and these Contract Documents relating to 2026 Crack Fill/Sealing, the Contractor, having become thoroughly familiar with the terms and conditions of this Contract and with the local conditions affecting the performance and cost of the work at the place where the work is to be completed, and having fully inspected the sites in all particulars, hereby offers to fully perform the work. The Contractor also undertakes to do all work required to complete, in accordance with these Contract Documents, at the price tendered as follows in the Schedule of Items and Prices. No bidder shall have any claim for any compensation of any kind whatsoever, as a result of participating in this Tender, and by submitting a bid each bidder shall be deemed to have agreed that it has no claim. Bidders are responsible to ensure their tender has been received by the R.M. of LeRoy, No. 339 before the deadline. The R.M. reserves to itself the right to reject any or all tenders.
