Sealed bids are invited for Palisades Via Ferrata & Access Improvements at Petit Jean State Park located in Morrilton, Arkansas, for the Division of Arkansas State Parks. The official version of the complete set of contract documents can be examined and obtained from Crafton, Tull & Associates, Inc. Prime bidders will be provided three sets of bidding documents upon deposit of $100.00 per set, refundable if returned in good condition within ten days after bid opening. Additional sets and documents for sub-bidders may be purchased. A 5% bid security is required if the bid is $50,000.00 or more. The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
