Skanska USA Building Inc., Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Comal ISD Canyon High School JROTC & CTE Addition & Chiller Plant Upgrades, is requesting GMP pricing from qualified subcontractors for work located near 1510 I-35, New Braunfels, TX 78130. The solicitation includes an approximately 23,000 GSF addition and 30,000 SF (+/-) of interior renovations, as well as site enhancements and chiller upgrades. All trades disciplines will be required. Bids must be submitted via BuildingConnected. Bid documents are available electronically through the same platform.
