Remodeling of an educational facility in Fayetteville, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the remodel of a educational facility.
The Fayetteville Public School District is requesting bids for the interior carpet replacement at Holcomb Elementary School and Vandergriff Elementary School. All contractors must have an office within 75 miles of the Administration Building located at 1000 Bulldog Boulevard, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701. All bid documents must be submitted in a sealed envelope and addressed to the Fayetteville Public School District, Attention: Nathan T. Parker, Assistant Director of Physical Plant Services at 520 S. Root Avenue, Fayetteville, AR 72701. A mandatory on-site meeting will be held for all bidders at the David Tate Maintenance Facility prior to bidding this project to discuss job scope and expectations. Carpet Specifications The carpet shall be J&J Flooring, quoted from the "Rhythm and Balance" line. Black cove base shall be installed and must fully cover the existing paint line. The installer shall determine the appropriate base height required to achieve full coverage. All bids shall be opened on March 3rd, 2026 at 10:00am at the David Tate Maintenance Building (520 S Root Avenue, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701).
