The work consists of the reconstruction of Putnam Street and includes approximately 700 linear feet of water main, 850 linear feet of storm sewer, 1,400 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 3,400 square feet of concrete sidewalk and driveway apron, 2,200 tons of base course, 650 tons of asphalt pavement, restoration, and related miscellaneous work. Bids will only be accepted via the online electronic bid service through QuestCDN.com. Bidders must obtain documents from QuestCDN.com and be a Plan Holder of record. Bid security in the amount of 10% of the bidder's maximum Bid price must accompany the bid. All bids remain subject to acceptance for 85 days after the time set for receiving bids. Bid award will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any technicality, and accept any bid deemed advantageous.
