Pierce County will accept sealed bids for labor, materials, and services for a LED lighting retrofit project for the following locations: Pierce County Courthouse-Annex, Pierce County Office Building, and Pierce County Maintenance Building located in Ellsworth, WI. The goal of this project is to reduce on-going maintenance cost and provide better comfort and working conditions for occupants. Bids must be received by mail or hand delivered to the Facilities Manager in a sealed envelope and clearly marked for the LED Lighting Retrofit Project. Bid specifications and documents may be obtained from the Facilities Manager. Pierce County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive any errors or omissions, and determine who constitutes the lowest responsible bidder. Bid price shall remain in effect for 90 days. Pierce County reserves the right to reduce its agreement with the successful bidder to a written contract, and is only bound upon the signing and execution of a formal written contract by the authority of the Pierce County Building Committee.
