Sealed bids are requested for the replacement of the cafeteria flooring at Ionia Middle School, 438 Union St., Ionia, MI 48846. The project includes removal of all furniture and equipment from the space, removal of the existing floor tiles, mechanical removal of all previous adhesives, prepping the concrete, leveling as required, and installation of new Bently Prompt LVT floor tile in colors to be determined by the owner. The scope also includes the installation of new 4" vinyl base (color to be determined by the owner), reinstallation of furniture and equipment, and site cleanup. Bidders must submit bids in duplicate, include a sworn and notarized Familial Disclosure Statement, and a signed Affidavit of Compliance with the Iran Economics Sanctions Act. These documents are available on the District's website under "Purchasing & Bids." Bidders must be reputable, recognized organizations with at least five years of successful experience on projects of this type and scope, possess required licenses, and have sufficient financial resources. Davis Bacon Federal Prevailing Wages apply and certified payrolls must be submitted for all pay applications. The relevant wage determination is available on the District's website.
