The work to be performed for this project consists of all labor, material, tools, equipment, and incidentals necessary to remove the existing composite roof and provide a new composite roof including but not limited to underlayment, an ice melt system, metal flashing, trim, composite shingles, and replacement of existing sky lights, installation of new sun tunnels, and chimney improvements for the Administrative Building Roof Replacement Project as shown on the plans and as described in the Contract Documents. The Engineer's Estimate is $388,307 Site inspection includes, but is not limited to: (1) familiarize themselves with the general, local and site conditions, as well as applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations that may affect the work; and (2) secure such additional or supplementary examinations, investigations, tests, studies and data concerning surface or subsurface conditions that may affect the work.
