Sealed Bid Proposals will be received for construction of the University Boulevard Rose Administration to 6th Ave Infrastructure Improvements, UA Project #TRN-26-4176. Question Deadline Feb 20, 2026 at 12:00 PM All questions prior to bid should be directed to Jason L. Coker with Duncan Coker Associates, P.C. at jcoker@duncancoker.com. Pre-qualification requirements: General Contractors, Prime Sitework/Utility Contractors, and Sitework/Utility Sub-Contractors are required to prequalify prior to bidding or performing work. For information on how to prequalify for this project, refer to the designated project website. Prequalification submissions must be received by 5:00 PM local time on the specified date. Late submittals will not be accepted. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference for General Contractors. Preliminary and final drawings and specifications are available for examination only at the designated location and dates. Note - As per Addendum 1 The Pre-Bid meeting was held on February 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. This Project involves street reconstruction, storm sewer installations, water distribution system improvements, security bollard installations, and landscaping/irrigation upgrades along University Boulevard and other associated work as indicated by the plans. The Contractor shall execute the work in accordance with the true intent of the Contract Documents, which is to provide a complete job without additional cost to the Owner, whether or not each and every item necessary therefore is specifically mentioned. Unless expressly specified to the contrary, all items for work shall be supplied in place, complete, by the Contractor, who will have the responsibility for providing and coordinating the work of all trades. The General and other conditions and all other Contract Documents are applicable to all work under all Divisions of the Specifications. Before placing a bid, the Contractor must visit the job site and examine the conditions for purposes of determining amount of work to be done. The Contractor is expected to verify all dimensions and quantities necessary to complete project. At the pre-bid and/or preconstruction walk-through of the site, all property in the building shall be the Contractor's responsibility for removal, unless the items are listed within the specification to be salvaged.
