Sealed proposals will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Union Township, Lebanon County, for 2026 Paving Projects. The work generally includes roadway base repairs of Green Point School Road and Campmeeting Road. Campmeeting Road is to be overlayed, with overlay of Green Point School Road being an add alternate. Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check, bank cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, or bid bond (in the required form) for ten percent (10%) of the bid total. Prevailing wage rates and record-keeping procedures established by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor & Industry shall apply for bids over $100,000 and minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents shall be paid on the project. All Bidders must be PennDOT pre-qualified. Bidders shall submit with their Bid a copy of their ECMS PennDOT Approval Pre-Qualification Summary Page for the Prime Contractor and all Sub-Contractors. Union Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any omissions, errors, mistakes, defects, or irregularities in any bid at its sole discretion. LOCATION OF WORK: The project is located along Green Point School Road (T617); between Moonshine Road (S.R. 0443) and Gold Mine Road (S.R. 4025). DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work generally includes areas of base repair along Green Point School Road. An add alternate to this work is shown on attachment 1.2 as an overlay with a small area of scratch course placement. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via the "Questions" feature in website. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all parties recorded as having received the Bidding Documents.
