No definite date for the rebid.** Electronically sealed bid documents for required equipment, services, and related work for Jackson Hall Site Enhancements (Jackson Hall Demolition) at Hazard CTC, Jackson KY, are to be received. The project involves the demolition of a 4-story wood frame brick veneer building with an asphalt shingle roof and a two-story addition with a low slope built up roof. The site will be restored to a gentle slope with grass. All phases of work are to be bid through Prime Contracting Firms, with bids submitted in the described manner and on the official bid document form. Bids must meet all qualifying requirements and forms. Award will be made to the lowest-cost responsive bid submitted by a responsible bidder. All bonding and insurance requirements must be met, and contractors must comply with Kentucky Workers’ Compensation and related statutory requirements. Reciprocal preference laws for resident and nonresident bidders are applied, and registration with the Secretary of State is required for both domestic and foreign entities.
