Location- Duff Language Magnet Academy 7830 Dorothy St., Rosemead, CA. 91770 The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for Work of the installation of one (1) 40'x60' new modular buildings, two (2) shade structures, playgrounds, playground surfaces, artificial turf, landscape and irrigation, utilities, fence, site works, and accessories; and demo of existing modular (24'x40') building, existing playgrounds, existing shade structures, existing pavements, and existing playground surfaces located at 7830 Dorothy St., Rosemead, Ca. 91770. Scope includes, but it is not limited to new underground utilities, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and data connections.
