Site work for a mixed-use development in Rosemead, California. Working plans call for site work for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.

No definite date for the rebid.** All underground utilities, sitework and integration of existing and new fire alarm systems meeting the district's standards. The scope will include but not be limited to all site work, foundation for the modular building, playground equipment, pour in place rubber matting, at Duff Language Magnet Academy. Location- Duff Language Magnet Academy 7830 Dorothy St., Rosemead, CA. 91770 The furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, services and incidentals necessary for Work of the installation of one (1) 40'x60' new modular buildings, two (2) shade structures, playgrounds, playground surfaces, artificial turf, landscape and irrigation, utilities, fence, site works, and accessories; and demo of existing modular (24'x40') building, existing playgrounds, existing shade structures, existing pavements, and existing playground surfaces located at 7830 Dorothy St., Rosemead, Ca. 91770. Scope includes, but it is not limited to new underground utilities, plumbing, electrical, fire alarm, and data connections. Prequalification of bidders: As a condition of bidding for this project, and in accordance with California public contract code section 20111.5, prospective bidders are required to submit digital prequalification documents through the "PQ bids" website. These documents will be the basis for determining which bidders are qualified to bid on this project. To prequalify, bidders should access online Each bidder shall possess a B license at the time the contract is awarded pursuant to the Public Contract code Sec. 3300. The successful bidder must maintain the license throughout the duration of this contract. Once the lowest responsive bidder has been selected, the District may determine to add to or deduct from the contract any of the additive or deductive items. The contractor and any subcontractor(s) shall pay not less than the specified prevailing rates (Davis Bacon wage) to all workers employed by them in execution of this contract. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of bids. The district reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any irregularities or informalities in any of the bids or in the bidding process.
