Site work for a water / sewer project in Milford, Delaware. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Scope of Work on the Proposed Project Incorporates the Construction of a New Single-pedestal 300,000-gallon Elevated Water Storage Tank, Including All Internal Equipment, Instrumentation, Heating, Ventilation, Lighting, and Wiring. Power Distribution to the Tower and Communications From the Tower Will Be Excluded From the Scope and Incorporated Into a Separate Contract. The Contractor Will Be Required to Deliver All Supervision, Labor, Material, Equipment and Other Necessary Resources to Safely and Successfully Complete All Work Described in the Contract Documents for This Project. Responsible Bidders Will Be Required to Provide Bid Security in the Amount of 10% of the Bid Sum. The Successful Bidder Must Post Performance and Payment Bonds Equal to 100% of the Contract Price Upon Execution of the Contract. Question Deadline 02/04/2026 at 4:00 PM ET Rfis Must Be Submitted in Writing to Christine.hinton@kci.com. The City Reserves the Right, as the Interest of the City of Milford May Appear, to Reject Any and All Bids, to Waive Any Informality or Irregularity in the Bids Received, to Accept or Reject Any Items of Any Bid, and to Adjust the Estimated Quantities Listed at Their Sole Discretion.
