The work to be carried out mainly includes, but is not limited to, the following: O Construction of a retention basin and its connection to an existing network; O Construction of the pavement foundations; O Paving work; O Construction of a pavement; O Fencing work O Installation of play modules and street furniture O Development of an obstacle course O Related work. The Contract shall come into force on the date mentioned in the tender notice or, failing that, on the date of issue of the tender notice to the CONTRACTOR by the PUBLIC BODY, and the CONTRACTOR shall refer to the following dates when preparing its schedule: Commencement of works: 25 June 2026; Final certificate with reservation: 21 August 2026; Final certificate without reservation: 25 September 2026.
