The project is for procuring a licensed, insured, and qualified contractor to provide construction services for the Abajo Lift Station and Sewer Line Project at Arroyo Hondo, utilizing construction plans and technical specifications from Molzen Corbin. Bidders must submit a completed bid package in a sealed container, clearly marked with the bid title, number, and bidding firm's name and address. All bids must be received by the specified deadline at the Santa Fe County Purchasing Division. Attendance at a mandatory pre-bid meeting and site visit is required for all bidders in order to submit a bid. A maximum installation depth of 25 feet is anticipated. The new sewer line will run along Highway 14 from the Abajo-Thornburg Lift Station to just south of Camino Vista Grande. There will be a HDD (or jack & bore) crossing of Highway 14. The remainder of the installation is anticipated to be performed via open trench installation.
