The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified Virginia licensed Class A HVAC contracting firms to provide the preventative maintenance and repair services outlined herein for the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment in facilities included in the Salem District which includes the counties of Bedford, Botetourt, Carroll, Craig, Floyd, Franklin, Giles, Henry, Montgomery, Patrick, Pulaski, Roanoke, and the City of Salem.
